Some gave
all... think
about that as
you read the
words of this
page.... ALL.
They answered
the call of
their
country...they
knew where
they needed to
be... and off
they went.

SO many ....SO
young...full
of hopes and
dreams... full
of plans for a
future...bright
with promise.

SOME GAVE
ALL.... these
young men and
women... they
laid down
their
dreams...their
plans... and
served their
country...
they marched
ahead...to the
beat of a
different
drummer....one
that played
not the music
of following
your own
dreams... but
one that
played music
only those
with unselfish
hearts can
hear... they
heard the song
clearly...and
off they
marched.

SOME GAVE
ALL...
These brave
young women
and men who
faced the
battles... the
sounds and the
sights of a
savage war...
yet each day
on and on they
marched...
their heads
high... their
hearts full of
love for their
country...THE
UNITED STATES
OF AMERICA...
these brave
young hearts
marched on...
With their
dreams laid
down ... their
hopes raised
high for
freedom...
these brave
young souls
marched on.

AND SOME gave
ALL...
They are not
just faces and
names on the
news...they
are somebody's
son...somebody's
Daddy or
Mommy...
somebody's
daughter....
and for some
they are the
love of
someone's
life....

And Some gave
all...
Centuries ago
someone said,
"Greater Love
hath no man
that that he
lay down his
life for his
brother..."

Greater Love
hath no man...
or woman...
than these
great men and
women who when
they heard the
heart cry of
human
suffering...answered
and said, "I
will go..."

And SOME gave
All...
Heroes...does
not begin to
define who
they are...
nor what the
cost was of
freedom...
They are your
sons... your
daughters...
your
fathers...
your
Mothers...
your brothers
and your
sisters...

Never forget
when you say
your prayers
at night...
and sleep in
this free
nation...
Never forget
when you watch
your children
at play...

Never forget
when you
celebrate the
holidays... or
watch our flag
blowing gently
in the wind...
That someone
was willing...
And that
someone gave
all... so that
we could be
free...
Let it behoove
us... as we
face this new
year... to
give our
all... in the
service of our
country...our
loved ones...
let us
remember that
because some
gave all...
We are...

And then let
us remember
that centuries
ago, someone
else gave
all...
willingly
too... and
when He did,
He thought of
someone that
He loved so
very much....
That someone
was YOU.

Some gave
all...
remember that
you live your
life... in
this land we
call home.
