..........
....Shines No More
We mourn the lives of Laci And Conner. She
captured our hearts from the beginning, and she (And Conner), will always be
in our thoughts, prayers ..and, hearts.
23 -1/2 MONTHS AGO
Laci Rocha Peterson, 8 months pregnant, was
last seen by her sister, Amy in the late afternoon of
December 23, 2002. She spoke to her Mother
at 8:30 P.M. This would be the last time
anyone ever saw or spoke to her again.
A search began. For 4 long months it continued.
Then the worse was announced, both Laci and
her son Conner were found on the shores of
the San Francisco Bay in April 2003.
Soon afterward, her husband, Scott was arrested
for her murder and that of their unborn son, THE

Mom, Share our Smile with the World
I am
embraced in love and light, and my baby is embraced by me.
God's loving arms, they hold us now for all eternity.

Remember the laughter we shared,
Please keep laughing. I still laugh with you.

No
more sleepless nights, Mom, please rest for me.
In the morning I'll be there, Rising with the sun.

I am
in your soul. I am your sunlight.
I am the rays that break through.

Mom,
please understand, I do this now for you.

My
smile, he could not take that from me.
My smile, that graces the screen It's your smile, Mom.
It's your smile now they see.

For
all I have become, it's because of you.
You've allowed the world to see, your hope, your tears,
And now my spirit's soaring free.

It's
in our smile, Mom, it's yours, it's mine.
Please, keep smiling for me.

Scott
Peterson Transferred to Death Row |

Convicted
double-murderer Scott Peterson was transferred
to San Quentin State Prison early Thursday
morning, just hours after being sentenced to
death for the murders of his wife and unborn
son.
Before daybreak Peterson was transferred under
heavy guard wearing chains and leg irons. He was
dressed in a orange V-neck shirt and pants and
wearing toeless sandals.
Prison officials say Peterson appeared nervous
when he arrived at San Quentin. As the guard was
shutting the door on Peterson's cell, he
suggested Peterson take a nap. Peterson
responded, "No, I'm just too jazzed."
According to prison officials, Peterson will
likely live in a building known as East Block
where cells are stacked in tiers fronted by
narrow walkways. He is the 644th person awaiting
lethal injection in California.
On Wednesday, the judge in the Scott Peterson
double murder trial formally sentenced Scott
Peterson to death.
Judge Alfred Delucchi called the murders of Laci
and Conner Peterson "cruel, uncaring, heartless
and callous." About the murder of the Petersons'
unborn son, Delucchi said, "Baby Conner was not
even allowed to take a breath on this earth."
Delucchi also ordered Peterson to pay $10,000 in
restitution to cover the funeral costs of Laci
Peterson and her unborn son.
